Boeing International is seeking a demonstrated high performer who has experience working with in a matrix organization, has a passion for functional excellence, and is motivated by organization-wide success in a dynamic environment in Khamis Mushayt, Saudi Arabia. The candidate must speak fluid English.

Support Sr. Human Resources Manager who is located in Riyadh.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- The ideal candidate will deploy and administer HR programs, systems and processes.
- Provides guidance and implementation assistance of HR policies, practices and strategies to advance Organizational objectives.
- Candidate will work with the Site manager, front Line Managers and Employee population to ensure employee issues, policies and procedures are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Support conflict/resolution whenever possible.
- Participate in Front Line Leadership meetings to learn the business, add value, add support and identify issues/concerns.
- A successful candidate will support local Recruitment and On-Boarding to support the F-15 program.
- Coordinate hiring and provide HR support with orientations, new non-management hire reviews, and resolve any issues/concerns that new employees may have.
- Work Performance management, Corrective Action and employee engagement to ensure program can operate efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree
- English and Arabic language required
- Computer Skills Required
