Job description / Role
- Coordinating with Human Resources Business Partner on new vacancies in the adhesives business
- Preparing job ads and internal announcements for the team of the adhesives business
- Generating reports, analyzing data and presenting them to the business
- Creating and preparing presentations for the management team
- Ensuring system updates with the concerned parties
- Carrying out, tracking and managing projects
Requirements
- Graduate or undergraduate from Humanities or Business Administration
- Experience in HR or relevant field is preferred
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Proficient use in Microsoft Excel
- Strong administrative, follow up and communication skills
- Strong analytical and attention to detail skills
