Job description / Role
- Support and contribute to the growth of the organization based on the organizations ethics, philosophy, values,
- Manage HR initiatives in a customer focused way, building relationships with employees and Managers to identify, plan and execute on the HR solutions which will support business growth.
- Provide advice and counsel to the business on matters relating to UAE labour law and ensure compliance
- Coaching and mentoring both employees and managers in meeting the expectation of the business.
- Support the annual appraisal process, working with the line managers to enhance the knowledge base in this subject and ensure a robust and quality focused process is delivered year on year.
- Manager the day to day activity of the administration tasks in the HR department including but not limited to visa processing, employee documentation requests and decisions around policy.
Requirements
- Must be degree qualified or have relevant HR qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years HR generalist experience with at least 3 years people management experience
- Be able to effectively build relationships, be a strong communicator with a global mindset and be self-aware and mature.
- Work independently and 'hands-on'
