The RoleThe RoleOur client is a multinational retail organisation seeking to appoint a highly organised Human Resources Manager for their offices based in Dubai. Reporting to the General Manager, the purpose of this role is to provide a complete HR service by delivering HR solutions and developing strategic HR policies to reflect the business line requirements. |
RequirementsRequirementsMain responsibilities include but are not limited to; Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits. You will also be responsible for all External Affairs and coordination with Governmental bodies ensuring compliance with all legal requirements and regulations. As the ideal candidate, you must be a university graduate, preferably with an MBA Degree with 5 years experience in a similar role – exposure to recruitment of managerial staff and participation in compensation and benefits surveys is preferable. Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices and procedures is essential. You will be confident and possess self-control and be a strong communicator. |
