Human Resources Manager

Job description / Role

My client, one of the leading retailers across the GCC is looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to manage their Saudi Operations.

With a large number of stores spanning across Saudi Arabia, my client is looking for a SAUDI NATIONAL candidate with strong working knowledge of laws and regulations across the country.

- Manage the recruitment process to ensure the business staffing needs are met
- Manage the Saudization and Feminization requirements effectively
- Manage retention strategies
- Manage the performance and appraisal system to drive employee progress
- Manage workforce forecasting and identify future staffing needs
- Drive the training needs analysis on and annual basis
- Design and manage a training calendar with the Group HRM to cost effectively deliver on the training needs
- Manage the entire payroll process centrally to ensure that all employees are paid together and on time
- Coach, counsel, guide and train the HR department members to create a motivated, driven team
- Manage employee grievances and their execution

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar role
- SAUDI NATIONAL
- Well versed in MS Office
- Knowledge of the local laws in KSA
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic thinker
- A very strong leader who motivates teams to achieve targets and organisational alignment
