The Role


The Role


You will be responsible for all HR activities in the Joint Venture.

You will be engaged in recruitment and selection activities for qualified personnel (engineers, planners, designers etc) for the whole duration of the project and on a continuous basis.

You will assist the Quality Assurance Manager in updating the job descriptions and readjusting the organizational structure accordingly.

You will participate in the design of a performance management scheme that includes appraisals, rewards and performance - pay, as well as personal development plans.

You will cooperate with the administrator for processing all the employee-related paperwork.

You will be responsible for keeping and updating the employees' personal files.

You will engage in on-site communication workshops between management and site personnel.

You will conduct exit interviews.

Requirements


Requirements


You will have to be a graduate in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or Sociology from a British or American Institution.

You will be given preference if you have a post-graduate degree in Management, an MBA or a post-graduate specialised degree in Human Resource Management.

You will be given preference if you are a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

You are required to have at least 5 years of experience in the Human Resource Management field.
