The RoleThe RoleOur Client has a number of business interests within the Gulf region specifically in the area or Retail, Manufacturing and FMCG luxury brands. Due to continued success and rapid growth a role has arisen for an experienced Human Resources Manager. • Effectively implement HR initiatives for the group in the areas covering employment, compensation & benefits and administrative services. • Formulate and recommend HR policies for the entire group to promote high level of employee morale. • Recruitment & Placement of staff as per approved requirement. • Establish wage & salary structure, pay policies, Performance Management System, Employee Benefit Programmes and Services. • Maintain employee records & update personnel files, leave records, salary reviews, appraisals, disciplinary and personnel action. • Employee separations – resignations, terminations, abandonment of service. • Identify training needs of employees, prepare training budget, design and organize training programs – internal as well as external, develop in-house faculty. |
RequirementsRequirementsApplicants must be: - Fluent in Arabic as well as English. - MBA qualified within a related discipline. - Have a minimum of 10 years solid experience within a similar role. Due to the nature of the role only male applicants will be considered. |
