Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In this role you will lead, direct and manage the HR Department taking direct responsibility for all activities in the department to ensure that HR services are dispensed effectively and within set time frames. The role will mainly be also responsible for process mapping of all current processes for the Department and continually optimise established processes with a view to assist the department in improving efficiencies, productivity and cost effectiveness.

Key accountabilities will include;
* Leading the overall operations of HR Administration including Government Relations (Labour Office, Immigration/Passports, GOSI, … etc.), Health Insurance, Employee Welfare, Mailing Room, Staff Travel, Admin Payroll, Benefits, Safety & OHS, Image Processing ,Outstation Admin and Separation, to ensure high standard services are provided on a timely manner
* Analysing and mapping the existing processes in the department and actively look for improvement
* Handling complaints & responding to various stake holders' queries and assist and explain procedures and policies.
* Implementing Company Pay Review / Department salary upgrades in conjunction with Remuneration department.
* Ensuring the processing of new hires, temporary workers, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely.
* Implementation of new HR policies, procedures and processes related to the department whenever it is required within Administration Department

Requirements

To join our dynamic new team you will hold a Bachelors Degree with a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in Human Resources and Administration.

You will have strong English communication skills with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and knowledge of best practice HR management practices with the ability to role model such practices. You will have key strengths in project management and process mapping and the ability to work independently. A flexible individual you will be capable of adapting to the changing demands of the business.
