Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

* Act as coach, counselor and mentor to management on a broad range of HR issues/needs;
* Overall point of contact for national employees which includes facilitating the resolution of employee concerns and grievances;
* Manage future onshore and offshore manpower requirements and tracking progress against manpower plans;
* Generate and maintain countries nationalization plans in accordance with company's vision, labor laws and customer's requirements;
* Ensure that all rigs have a full crew compliment, and that suitable personnel are recruited when required;
* Coordinate and support the recruitment efforts for shore based country requirements;
* Facilitates and maintains countries succession plans for all rigs;
* Provide statistical reports when required;
* Coordinate with QHSE Manager to provide necessary information;
* Oversee periodic country wage surveys or internal reviews to determine competitive positions and consistency of compensation, and make recommendations;
* In partnership with Corporate Compensation, establish individual compensation proposals for review and approval by leadership;
* Develop compensation and benefits packages for new hires;
* Oversee local medical benefit plans and negotiate new plans as necessary;
* Develop and maintain local Human Resources policies;
* Oversee government relations activities at it relates to work permit and visa processing;
* Make recommendation for headcount adjustments and / or annual salary increases based on labor market conditions. Ensure HR plans execution is in line with both forecast and business needs.

Requirements

Requirements/Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree and minimum of 5 years' experience in local Human Resources management with Energy / Oil & Gas experience;
* Must possess advance level of the English language both verbal and written;
* Must be Saudi Arabian national;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic;
* Self-motivated, proactive and excellent work ethic;
* Employee must be able to make recommendations and decisions under timely and critical circumstances using his or her own initiative;
* Well-developed Computer skills and proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and Outlook.
