Human Resources Manager

Based Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia

- Reports to the HR Director (based Dubai) and the KSA Country Manager (based Dammam).
- This is the most senior HR professional based in KSA, within the organisation.
- Leads a small HR team. Approximately 200 employees based in KSA.

Our client also has offices in Khobar, Riyadh & Jeddah.

Requirements

- 10 years HR generalist experience required.

This role is required to be involved in strategic HR projects and so a mix of operational and strategic HR experience is important. HR business partnering experience and approach is crucial.

- Saudi National required.
- Bachelor's degree required and post graduate qualification preferred.
- Experience of recruiting Saudi Nationals and implementing and developing HR strategies recruitment and retention is preferred.
