Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Is the HR Leader to General Manager and Operations Team.
• Understands the strategic objectives, and business needs of the organisation.
• Plans HR activities for the years ahead that support the operations and assist in achieving the company objectives.
• Liaison between all departments, managers, and key stakeholders through consultation and other regular communication methods, to embrace and enhance the company values.
• Work with General Manager to improve HR outcomes at properties, development rate, engagement surveys and other key performance indicators.
• Talent Management.
• Performance Management – Get to know each and every staff member..
• Learning & Development.
• Compensation & Benefits (monitoring) To administer and manager all employment contracts, offer letters and requisitions.
• To ensure that due dates of all administration matters, items are raised and acted upon. This includes:
- Expiry of visas
- Home leave due dates
- Probation\housing allowance / arrangements
- Transport allowance
• Be responsible for all confidential personnel files of all employees (except SVP’s and VP’s) and ensure that they are kept up to date.
• Administer and manage all annual and sick leave entitlements and usage.
• Liaise with finance on payroll enquires and HR related issues such as payments and to ensure that all entries are correct and manage all changes and updates.
• Administer and manage all repatriation matters, inclusive of relocation of personal effects.
• Develop and administer all human resource policies and procedures and develop and update an employee handbook.
• Recruit, train and manage staff effectively in line with company core values and philosophy.
• Establish and manage the salary bands and remuneration ranges for all positions.
• Manage all benefits such as Medical, Insurance, School fees, Accommodations, Gratuity
