Job description / Role
The HR Assitant will report directly to the HR Manager providing front line support on varios HR issues.
The employee will manage, execute, direct and monitor delivery of HR services to support people management to the business and will provide human ressource advice for the companies Directors / Managers, covering all areas including:
- Employee relations
- Procedures (policies in order or local legal requirements)
- Compensation / benefits
- Report and publish HR dashboard reports
- Recruitment and selection role
- Point of contact to the employees for issues to Medical Insurance
- Ensure the payroll procedure (completed on time) and execution
- induction of new employees (initiating onboard process for new hires), developing offer letters,...
- Terminations and resignations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with a recognised HR qualification
- The candidate must have 1-3 years of HR experience and practical in managing similar tasks,
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- English fluent
