Employment: Full Time

A leading steel company is looking for a Human Resources Specialist, based in Egypt.
This is a fantastic opportunity, with a real prospect for career growth.

Human Resources Specialist responsibilities:
• Responsible for the entire suite of HR processes
• Managing costs and budgets
• Overseeing internal and external relations
• Implement a Performance management system, and Talent Management processes
• Providing Human Capital advice to business units
• Providing support to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and liaise with all parties on all industrial issues

Requirements

Human Resources Specialist requirements:
• Human Resources degree qualified
• Management development qualification/MBA and alternative qualifications such as a law/psychology degree, preferable
• Minimum 3 years experience in an HR generalist position
• Fluent in Arabic
• Experience in heavy industry
