Human Resources and Administration Manager

Job description / Role

Position reporting to Finance and Administration Manager and managing a team of 5/6 officers

Responsibilites will include:
- Interacting with Senior Management for defining HR strategies and following up on implementation.
- Ensuring group policies, procedures and HR programs are consistently administered.
- Ensuring recruitments are made within department budget lines and are consistent with group salary scale.
- Payroll and timekeeping management (mandatory relevant experience required).
- Being capable to maintain up to date databases and produce relevant reporting to management for planning.
- Conducting large recruitment campaigns, from sourcing and screening profiles, to mobilizing selected candidates.
- Being the point of contact for all HR and Admin related matters of all level of employees from expatriate management to local labor, as well as families of employees.
- Carrying out daily administrative duties (accommodation management, vehicle fleet management, resident permit delivery and renewals, travel department supervision)
- Managing relationship with recruitment agencies.

Requirements

- At least 5 years experience in the relevant field
- Past experience in similar industry (Construction or Oil & Gas)
- Capable of working in a fast pace environment, being autonomous and proactive.
- Thorough knowledge of KSA Labour law and Visa/Immigration procedures
- Western educated candidate preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic language deemed an advantage
