IBM Netcool/ITNM Consultant

Job description / Role

Providing L2 applications support, administration and maintenance services of IBM Netcool uFM/uPM systems, monitoring, alarming, fault management, performance management, workload automation tools, batch processing, NOC management, dashboards, KPIs, performance analysis tools.

Requirements

Required 6 to 14 years of work hand experience in the Telecom industry in the IBM Netcool systems and tools like:
IBM Tivoli Netcool Omnibus, Tivoli Integrated Portal, IBM Tivoli Network Manager, Netcool Impact, Tivoli Common Reporting, Tivoli Netcool Performance Flow Analyzer, Tivoli Business Service Manager, IBM Tivoli Monitoring, Netcool IDE, M2R, Trapgen, SNMP_Tester, Putty, Smart FTP, Netcool Reporter, WebTop, Impact, ITNM, TNPM/Proviso, ITM, ITCAMS, TBSM, TDS, TSAM.

Language skills:
Unix/Linux Shell Scripting

Database skills:
Sybase, Oracle, MySQL, DB2

Operating systems skills:
Linux, AIX, Sun Solaris and Win 2003
