Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The incumbent would have overall responsibility for recruiting and developing GCC Nationals in Saudi Arabia. In addition, he / she would be responsible for maintaining data on GCC-wide Localization requirements (e.g. regulatory compliance) and percentages, including turnover by LoS, country and grade. The primary responsibility of the role would be to develop a scalable programme for Saudi graduates. In addition to designing and managing the development programme, the incumbent would have oversight of and considerable input into advertising to and the screening and recruitment of GCC graduates more broadly. This responsibility would also extend to setting up a parallel and scalable intern programme. The incumbent would report to KSA HC Director and would work closely with the Regional L&D Director, other HC teams (e.g. Recruitment and Operations) and have interaction with LOS leaders and CSPs.

Responsibilities:
- Overall point of contact for Localisation (all Six GCC) in the firm.
- To be aware of, advise on, monitor and track compliance requirements.
- To produce monthly dashboard showing level of compliance, recruitment needs, current state, turnover.
- To define hiring requirements and be actively involved.
- To design and drive graduate training programmes.
- To design and drive intern programmes.
- To have oversight of all Locals in the firm.

Requirements

- The jobholder would typically have an HR qualification.
- Solid track record in designing and developing programmes for Saudi graduates.
- Consultancy experience a definite plus.
- Background experience in recruiting / coaching.
- Arabic speaker is highly desirable.
- Considerable understanding of GCC cultures.
