Job description / Role
The primary focus of the role will be to assist the HR team in providing day to day HR & Recruitment administrative support and advice. You will use your excellent attention to detail in order to process contract, references, creating employee files, holiday, policies & procedures, monitor absence and continuously updating the HR system.
Requirements
- Extensive experience and knowledge of HR practices and processes ( benefits, compensation, recruiting, training, administration, time and attendance).
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision making skills.
- Knowledge and experience of the Middle East Region is required.
- Experience from International Firms preferred, consulting banking, finance, and accounting.
- HR qualifications is preferred but not essential.
