Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible for designing, developing and deploying value added services for Ericsson Online Charging System and NGIN platforms (Ericsson and Huawei) and Tibco Business Event & Business Works & EMS
• Development and deployment of new promotions and services on existing Ericsson Charging System 5.x, Huawei & Ericsson NGINs and Tibco Business Event & Business Works & EMS environment
• Excellent knowledge about CS5.x internal and external protocols like Camel Ph2, Diameter, SCAP1v1, SCAPv2, Gy, Gx, Sy+, EMAP, UCIP, VSIP, ACIP, CCAPI, CAI etc
• Possessing very good hold about CS5.x configuration parameters and PCRF solution.
• Sound knowledge about IN call flows and signaling for CS5.x traffic cases.
• Troubleshoot RA related issues and discrepancies
• Responsible for analyzing the CS CDR/DR, traces and different Charging System dumps to understand RA issues
• Solution recommendations for revenue, reports, etc related trouble shootings
• Responsible for CDR & DR related clarifications and solutions to IT’s revenue, report etc… related queries
• Should be able to analyze Business requirement and translate into technical domain and provide on site feedback.
• Should be able to configure Business Requirement within strict SLA and ensure that configuration is in line with Business expectations.
• Evaluate marketing proposal to implement new service & service packages and provide the adequate solution
• Do the necessary to ensure the required BSS/SDP/IN capacity & capabilities expansion and upgrade
• Review & approve the solution documents submitted by the vendors and provide appropriate recommendation and feedback
• Ensuring complete project lifecycle: business requirements collection, translation into technical requirement, RFx, (RFI, RFQ, RFP) preparation offers evaluation, vendor selection, price comparison, benchmarking, contract negotiation support, sow elaboration, end to end implementation, integration, system and platform performance KPI definitions, participation to hand over process to operation.
• Monitoring of different network’s nodes to ensure that Systems are performing properly within planned/designed level and achieving the defined KPIs

Requirements

• Sound understanding of operator business drivers and technology.
• Ability to design systems/solutions/architecture as per BU needs.
• Ability to lead solution development and delivery for the designed solutions.
• Motivated and committed to meet challenges individually
• Methodical and well-organized; set high personal standards for quality of work.
• Able to communicate and present information clearly to both internal and external customers
