The RoleThe RoleYou will liaise extensively with end/ business users, analyzing clients' existing systems and translating client Pre-Paid Billing System related requirements into highly specified project briefs. Identify options for potential solutions and assesses them for both technical and business suitability, and creates logical and innovative solutions to complex problems related to IN. You will work closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction, draw up specific RFPs for modified or replacement systems, oversee the implementation of a new system, including drawing up a testing schedule, provide training to users of a new system, writing user manuals. You will keep up to date with technical and industry sector developments, take ownership of significant project elements or system components from design through to implementation, establish experience-based timelines and delivers high quality products on time in addition to supervising assigned staff at the level determined by senior management. |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Information Systems or related field required, with minimum 4 years of relevant working experience as a pre-paid expert ie. IN specialist. At least 2 years within a GSM operator’s O&M area of IN platforms. Your good knowledge in Ericsson IN based prepaid system is required (CS3.0 preferred) plus good knowledge of UNIX on Sun SOLARIS platforms. Working knowledge of UNIX scripts will be an advantage. You will have a working knowledge of the features and functionality available on the following Ericsson IN nodes is preferred: SDP, AIR, VS in addition to your knowledge in various networks including 3G, 2.5G Mobile, Fixed, ISP, VSAT & Wimax, MVNOs. |
