Job description / Role
My client is a leading design consultancy based in Dubai, and are currently looking to hire an intellectual property lawyer to join their existing team.
The role will involve both non-contentious and contentious work. The company deal with a range of regional and international work, and have a portfolio of many large international clients.
Requirements
Requirements
You should be a qualified lawyer, with 5-7 years PQE.
You should have extensive experience of dealing with trademarks & copyright litigation, infringement and anti-counterfeit goods cases within a reputable IP practice.
Regional experience and knowledge of local law is advantageous, but not essential.
Fluent French or Arabic highly desirable but not essential.
