The Role


The Role


The IS Specialist - CRM is responsible for:

Providing technical support of CRM Application to all users.

Liaising with users to identify, record and resolve technical and procedural problems to initiate and manage investigative and corrective activities accordingly. To ensure satisfactory resolution within agreed SLAs and communicate progress / issues to User and IS Management.

Assisting users with the formal definition and clarification of requirements and procedures within CRM applications

Assessing the impact and associated risk of requirements.

Analysing problems and define procedures for problem resolution and recovery.

Leading and conducting all stages of design, development, testing

Requirements


The right candidate must have a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT out of which at least 2 years in a similar job or relevant senior IT position.

He/She required to have a university B.Sc. degree in Computer Science. Master of Science or MBA is preferred.

He/She must be able to resolve technical issues as they arise during projects, development and /or support of any IT system.

He/She shall report / escalate issues to his/her manager at the right timing
