ISO & Quality Manager

1. To participate in contract review and ensure that the quality requirement according to ISO 9001:2000 and specification are adequately defined and met in Company services.
2. Ability to handle both internal and external audits.
3. To initiate corrective action where appropriate and prevent recurrence of rejects.
4. To establish and maintain procedure for document control and to ensure changes are reviewed, recorded and approved by the DGM or relevant department.
5. Contribute to audits and development of overall quality system to ensure its appropriateness and effectiveness.
6. Pro-actively support and assist all staff in its implementation.
7. To act as quality mentor and guide where specific support is to be provided.
8. Create standards and procedures as necessary, provide focused training, and conduct audits both within the Company.
9. Seek opportunities for quality improvement in our processes, products and methods.
10. review completed work for conformity to contract specifications and standards in coordination with QA/QC Engineers
11. Insure policies, procedures and activities are implemented in sites in accordance with the QA/QC procedure/ Project Quality Plan
12. Insure Liaison of QA/QC Engineers with consultants, contractors and sub contractors
13. Responsible for all issues pertaining to Quality Assurance and Quality Control within company Projects including quality of materials, packaging, Storage criteria and finishing of work
14. To lead and develop QA/QC team to achieve high performance standards follow up reports, tests, and Project Inspection reports
15. Investigate the rout cause of the problems and rejected inspections.
16. Prepare client feedback and customer satisfaction.
17. Prepare annual Audit plan.
18. To follow up the control of nun conformity of products/materials.
19. To follow up the implementation of Calibration.
20. To lead, coordinate and manage the implementation of all QA/QC systems required by the Company and its customers and ensuring other departments' full compliance to the quality policies and procedures according to ISO 9001:2000.
21. To coordinate with the external auditors and prepare necessary reports.
22. To plan, organize, coordinate and manage internal audits and management review to meet standards and statutory requirements.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil/Architectural) or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Arabic, English
3. At least 5-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
4. Ability to devise concise and effective quality procedures.
5. Strong business acumen.
6. Ability to communicate well at all levels.
7. Ability to network effectively using strong interpersonal skills.
8. Able to work on own initiative, still supporting team goals and contributing to team motivation
9. Preferably managers specializing in Construction/Production Operations of Construction field or equivalent.
