IT Applications Admin

Job description / Role

1. Review and analyze applications effectiveness and efficiency, evaluate business needs and optimize applications through proactive maintenance and improvement.
2. Collaborate with IT team and partners to ensure right integration of applications with IT infrastructure
3. Perform routine monitoring, administration, problem resolution and user support for applications
4. Act as functional subject matter expert for applications.
5. Test and implement new/changed applications
6. Prepare training manuals and conduct user training.
7. Establish policies and procedures for applications
8. Participate in providing IT services to the organization as part of IT team

Requirements

- Bachelor in Computer Science or IT
- 5 year experience with Business solutions/ ERP systems & Sql server database administration
- Deep understanding of business processes and workflows of applications
- Customer service and problem solving mindset with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Able to effectively interact with staff at all organizational levels.

Desirable:
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft development technologies
- Able to work independently and takes initiative.
- Able to learn new content areas and business function related to the applications.
