IT Business Analyst

Job description / Role

- Will be responsible for a full range of activities which ensures the operational effectiveness and excellence of the business unit.
- BA will work with stakeholders from all departments, document all business processes and software requirements.
- Analyse the existing post sales customer services and recommends ways to provide a high quality standard customer service.
- Improves system by studying current practices, designing modifications.
- Strong analytical and product management skills required.
- A thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be the liaison between business units, technology teams and support teams.
- Responsible for identifying change needs, assessing the impact of the change and ensuring those requirements are delivered by IT.
- Responsible for implementing technology solutions in a cost-effective way and clearly communicating them to all stake holders.
- Responsible for conducting cost/benefit analysis.
- Develop and analyse Key data.
- Discovering the underlying business need to be addressed by often discussions with various business units.
- Use advanced analytical tools and systematic process to develop reports.
- Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices.

Requirements

Experience of working on Retail Projects/on the Retail Domain is a must.

Previous experience as a developer is an advantage.

Hands on experience as a BA on any of the following domains is preferable:

Domain

- Customer Relationship Management
- Fleet Management
