Employment: Full Time

A leading Microsoft solutions provider is looking for experienced Business Development Manager to sell Microsoft & SAP solutions.
Location – Dubai

Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for SALES and Business Development of ERP Sales in the Region
Experience in Solution Sales in ERP areas, any ERP background is ok however Microsoft Dynamics and SAP preferred
Develop marketing plans and prospecting strategies to generate a sales pipeline and close new accounts Evaluate and document business requirements to determine whether and how our products will be an effective solution for new clients
Complete the sales process from beginning to close in an effective and well-managed process
Maintain reports with your activities, tasks, opportunities, leads, etc. in order to support reporting to management to show progress towards sales goals

Requirements

4 or more years’ experience selling ERP Software & Services:
Any Tier 1 or Tier 2 ERP sales experience in the region.
Experience selling Microsoft Dynamics AX,SAP,Oracle is a plus.
Experience with the Financial, Distribution or Manufacturing industry is a plus
A history of successfully meeting/exceeding sales quotas
Ability to articulate ROI and value propositions
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Superior communication skills, both written and oral (including group presentations/sales presentations)
Ability to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Ability to qualify and close complex and technical sales opportunities
