NTS Group are currently working with a global pharmaceutical company to recruit an IT Business Lead GCC to be based in Riyadh.

The main purpose and scope of the job is to closely partner with business leaders to understand the business to be able to suggest improvements to the process or to the services and provide solutions to optimize these business processes. The focus here is the commercial part of the business (Sales & marketing i.e. CRM)
- Define and maintain the project portfolio in close collaboration with the business partner.
- Support the budgeting process for requested IT services and solutions.
- Run projects in line with the corporate SDLC methodology and other corporate guidelines.
- Document the business processes and new user requirements.
- Discuss the potential solution design with the regional Functional Managers.
- Organize full testing cycle.
- Implement the requested service or solution.
- Maintain the lifecycle of the service and solution.
- Knowledge and experience with sox regulation is an advantage.
- Implement the necessary dashboard to measure the quality of the services IT is delivering.

Requirements

- A higher education background (University degree) or an equal level by experience.
- Strong knowledge with deliverables in CRM sales & marketing with experience in digital communication channels
- Knowledge with SOX regulations is an advantage
- Experience in Business Intelligence and data warehousing is a plus
- A dynamic personality, with a great focus on project management and result delivery
- Experience in managing complex environment of multiple technologies that need to contribute to the successful implementation of the program.
- Experience in managing relationships with user communities in an international company.
- 5+ years experience in the IT sector
- Proven experience in project management in an international environment is a plus
