Job description / Role
Large group of companies based in Dubai is wanting to partner with a Change Manager to assist with the defining, maintaining and executing, the technology change management strategy, framework, methodology and processes. The role will ensure Change Management (CM) is appropriately articulated, deployed and delivered within projects to successfully achieve the desired people, process, roles, governance, resourcing, organisation and technology outcomes as well as managed transitions. Working with both internal and external parties, providers and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience in a change management position
- Experience applying change management principles
- Practical experience leading change initiatives
- Completed Degree (Information Technology)
- Currently based in UAE is an added advantage
