Job description / Role
Our client is seeking to recruit an IT Consultant for a duration of 6 months who has experience working in a management consulting firm.
- Working on functional and technical requirements and giving independent and objective advice on the use of Information Technology to meet business objectives.
- Project status reporting, quality assurance on vendor deliverables, project risk management, monitoring the vendor SLAs, liaising with the client stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are properly captured/documented and subsequently implemented etc.
- Knowledge of IT best practices and project management methodologies
- Knowledge and understanding of IT processes and systems, including ERP, and IT Policies and Procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Masters of Business Administration (MBA) will be preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT consultant role
- Experience in one of the Big 4s would be preferred
- Advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills/ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills.
