Job description / Role
IT Security Manager required for a Multinational Technology Consulting firm based in Riyadh, KSA. My client is seeking a senior individual with at least 10+ years of professional experience. Candidates whom have come from a strong professional services management background and have expertise in security experience with ISO 27001 / Business Continuity Planning, Disaster recovery and IT Risk Assessment.
The role will be a hybrid mix of consulting / service delivery and business development within an advisory capacity. Project Management experience is highly beneficial and PMP certification would be a big plus. Candidates should have experience in managing large delivery teams across multiple projects. Candidates need to have experience in managing large scale programs with P&L accountability, people management, vendor management, change management, transformation, process improvement and re-engineering, stakeholder management, SLA construction and contract negotiation. Experience in managing business critical IT security focused projects is mandatory.
Requirements
- At least 9+ years of professional experience with 6+ years in at least 2 of the following areas: IT Security, Security Strategy, Information Risk and BCP.
- Ability to construct convey and construct complex Security proposals.
- Experience in implementing BCP, DR Standards related to ISO 27001.
- Experience in undertaking large scale IT risk assessment programs.
- Fluent in English, with impeccable documentation and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in Arabic is a big plus.
- Background with a top tier IT consulting firm preferential.
- CISSP, CISA certified.
