IT Coordinator

Job description / Role

We are seeking an IT Coordinator to join a multinational organization in Dubai. The purpose of this role is to provide support to the IT department by managing the administration of core IT functions. Duties will include coordination of IT services in addition to vendor management, purchasing, invoicing and providing administrative support to the IT team.

Requirements

The idea candidate will be degree qualified with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2010, Microsoft Project 2010, Microsoft SharePoint 2010 and Adobe Acrobat v10.0. Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal ability are essential to the role.
