Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The IT Coordinator provides technical and basic functional (i.e. How To) support on business applications and office applications, provides user administration services and manages operational requests (e.g. local facilities requests)

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage all IT systems, including LAN, WAN, ERP, POS,CRM, telephone and related systems.
- Be responsible for managing the IT system to meet strategic goals
- Conduct software and hardware evaluations, provide technical analysis and implement systems to meet the companys IT goals.
- Level 3 Support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalation to Level 4.
- Coordinating effective installation and performance of advanced operating system hardware and software on servers.
- Manage installation of new software releases, system upgrades, evaluate and install patches and resolve software related problems.
- Manage end user requirements, including troubleshooting, account maintenance and training.
- Plan and perform appropriate procedures, documentation, inventory assessment, and other procedures related to IT.
- Manage system components and make recommendations regarding computer system security, monitor network, computer and disk utilization.
- Play a lead role in developing and implementing an IT disaster recovery plan.
- Manage accounting for ETOILE resources including software, server, workstation and laptop systems.
- Conduct software and hardware evaluations, provide technical analysis and implement systems to meet the companys IT goals.
- Work with the team to automate management tasks, streamline processes and perform standard administration functions as needed.
- To deal with Hardware/Software/Office automation/infrastructure Vendors , Software Support Companies/Consultants, POS users , Back office users, Office automation product users, Telecommunication providers and sister companies

Requirements

- University Graduate with Computer related specialization (preferably with Microsoft certifications and knowledge in accounting)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience

Computer Skills:
- Oracle/SQL knowledge; experience on working of ERPs; back office accounting packages; work experience on POS packages (preferrable); report writing knowledge; LAN/WAN/Hardware maintenance.
- Possesses extensive knowledge of the software, operating systems, computers, printers and other accessories that they support.
- Updated on the latest information, statistics, trends, and programs related to the problem they are trying to solve
- Excellent communicator, negotiator & facilitator

- Self-confident, and decisive
- Persistent and patient
