Job description / Role
One of my clients is looking for an IT Director with expertise in Salesforce.com to join their team in Dubai. The ideal candidate with be responsible to achieve business objectives by delivering innovative & cost effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 8 resources across IT netwrok, infrastructure, operations & applications.
- Ownership of IT annual budget
- Ownership of Corporate IT Strategy including projects development and roll out
- Lower cost of operations through IT Enablement
- Negotiation and Development of Service Level Agreements and monitoring performance against these SLA's
- Lead the business in providing IT solutions, which includes areas of business process automation, and enhancements to online customer experience
- Involved in Budget Planning, Policies & Procedures, Resource Planning, Project Deliveries.
- Development of Risk & Compliance Frameworks
Requirements
- Proven Track Record of 10-15 years
- Expertise in Salesforce.com is a MUST
- Ability in managing teams
- Ability in taking decision related to IT Budgets, IT Policy Implementations, Service Level Agreements, Network and Infrastructure Upgrades, and Project Deliverables
