Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Ensuring that the Help Desk operates as a highly professional service that meets the needs of the company
- Support in providing day to day operations in the Systems
- Configure and technical assistance in the Outlook
- To ensure the systems are running properly

Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Minimum one year of Experience in IT Helpdesk
- Specialist knowledge: Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Outlook
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Training, Technical Assistance, Trouble Shooting
- Gender Preference: Female Only
- Arabic Speaking only
