IT Helpdesk with IT Degree - French Speakers Only
Up to Dhs10,000 plus medical and ticket
On behalf of our client, a global leader in the oil industry, we are recruiting IT Professionals to work as IT Help Desk Analysts in their Middle East head office in Dubai.
As a Help Desk analyst, you will be expected to act as the first point of contact for all IT Related issues for the company's employees across Middle East, Africa and Europe including all technical and / or administrative support for issues related to laptops and associated hardware / software, IP telephony, connectivity, security, servers and real time operations. You will provide first line investigation and diagnosis for incidents, escalate unresolved incidents within agreed timescales, log relevant details, ensure tickets are up to date at all times and comply with QHSE and IT policies.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have a Computer Engineer Degree and must be fluent in both written and spoken English and French. Excellent customer service essential. You must have Technical Competence in Desktop Support, Networking, Operating Systems and Application Support.
MCSE Certified will be given preference.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE WILL WORK 9 HOUR SHIFTS COVERING 10AM - 10PM.
The working week is 5 days with THE 2 DAY WEEKEND BEING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
