Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a leading and exciting events management company based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking to hire an IT Helpdesk Administrator to join their operation on a permanent basis.
You will provide administrative support for the IT Department and carry out a full range of support functions using your own initiative. You will be responsible for handling all first level IT support to end users. You will also deal with escalations, collaborating with other UAE and US IT support teams. Other responsibilities will include; user notifications, ticket creation, follow-up of issues and managing the company intranet team site.
Requirements
The successful applicant should have the ability to perform data entry and amendments into various database systems. Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and CA Service Center helpdesk system would also be an advantage. Any knowledge of reporting methodologies and experience of data manipulation and analysis would also be of benefit.
You should have a AA Degree or equivalent training and experience such as A+ certification.
This is an entry level position therefore a candidate does not have to have commercial experience, however this would be desirable.
