Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with a leading financial organisation who has a permanent IT Helpdesk position, based in their Riyadh office.

This role will strengthen the existing team in Riyadh who hold overall responsibility for the on-going support of various business units and local infrastructure. Your typical responsibilities will include day-to-day operational support and developing a thorough understanding of the local and global production environment. You will be responsible for identification, analysis and problem solving encompassing a broad range of technical issues.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have a bachelors Degree in computer / information sciences together with 3 to 5 years experience, preferably on front end financial applications within a banking environment. It is essential you are a fluent Arabic speaker and have an excellent command of the English language. Our client has expressed a preference for a Saudi National for this position.
