Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a prominent local group. Our client is looking to hire an IT Infrastructure Manager to join their business on a permanent basis.
Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage all functions of the IT Infrastructure for both the head office and the business sites including the data centre operations, servers, network and storage. You will support the business and ensure optimum performance whilst achieving maximum availability of services managed by IT.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a Degree in computer / information sciences coupled with industry certifications such as PMP / ITIL v3 and MCSE / CCNA and CCNP. You should also have at least 10 years IT infrastructure experience with a major company ideally in Europe or North America. It is essential you have a background in leading infrastructure implementation of technology initiatives such as ERP, security compliance and hardware / software lifecycle management. An in-depth expertise on backup / disaster recovery solutions is crucial for this role.
