Job description / Role
Manage & Support IT Infrastructure Systems by providing technical expertise associated with planning, implementation and operations.
* Manage the SLA for technical teams for Incident, problem and change management and present reports to management.
* Day to day operations monitoring, Planning and execute health checks and performance tuning for Systems.
* Plan, manage and ensure timely completion of IT Projects and ensure smooth handover to Operations.
* Participate in Procurement process for new products and contracts renewal.
* Work Closely with Management to define Technology Roadmap for IT Infrastructure & Systems.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences.
* 5 years experience in a related field.
* Strong hands on experience of Server Administration for Windows & Linux along with Virtualization, Databases, Storage, SAN, NAS, Backups and archiving technologies.
* Expertise in Microsoft Servers and Application suits.
* Expertise in IT Service Management.
* MCSA & ITIL.
* Strong coaching and team building experience
* Strong interpersonal communication skills.
