Job description / Role
Reporting to: Project Manager
Highly versatile and technical professional with excellent & proven IT capabilities (both HW, OS & Applications) that can perform maintenance at intermediate & high a level to a large scale and advance systems; scattered on a large geographical area. The maintenance activity includes outdoors physical work in extreme weather conditions.
• Perform maintenance at basic and intermediate level
• Provide proactive & corrective maintenance to IT equipment on a large scale and advance systems. Covering Hardware, operating systems & application
• Provide proactive & corrective maintenance to end units equipment
• Responsible for supporting Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, Exchange, , VMware virtualization, Application Support, Server Administration and Security as well as Backup and Disaster Recovery
Requirements
Education / Certification Requirements:
• IT related education (network, MS, etc) or other relevant technical degree (Practical engineer ) Experience with Video Surveillance (CCTV, Thermal, PTZ, Video analytics)
• Security systems qualifications desirable.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance
• Experienced MS Sys Admin ideally with MCSE / MCSA / MCDST / A+ certifications, exposure to VMW technologies
• Cisco Networking and VOIP. CCNA / CCNP networking skills and knowledge of supporting systems within large scale organizations
• Deep Knowledge in security systems
• Cisco network equipment + MS server 2003
• Minimum of 3 years actual hand on experience with configuration of IT equipment/ systems Deep Knowledge in Operating system: Windows server 2003sever/2000/XP, define Domain environment, Raids configuration, PC/Server Hardware technician knowledge
• Knowledge in Operating system: Windows server 2003sever/2000/XP, define Domain environment, Raids configuration, PC/Server Hardware technician knowledge
• Deep Knowledge in networking, Cisco switch configuration, working with sniffers, protocols TCP/IP/UDP etc.
• Experienced with integrations, troubleshooting, and system analyze + Access Control Systems
• Experienced with Video systems and protocols. Experience with Radar systems
