Employment: Full Time

Based in Bahrain our client is a leading business group who provide services in Projects Development, Application Management and Acquisition. Our client is currently looking for an IT Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement Business Applications in Al Rajhi Group of Companies as and when purchased. Upgrade, manage, maintain and tune the application systems for high availability and fast access for management to important data.
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation for any implementation and keep customizations to the system under control and well documented.
- Maintain and manage the Operating systems selected for the Business Applications. Tune and optimize server resources to provide best performance.
- Resolve user problems that arise from use of business applications and troubleshoot any issues.
- Customize applications to fulfill business requirements. Develop meaningful reports from the system that the management can utilize to make better-informed decisions.
- Provide technical assistance and preliminary information to system users. Refer major software problems to vendor service personnel for correction and resolution.
- Provide Training on Applications for existing and new features and modules that are added on to the system.
- Provide one-to-one personal support to business users to help in the development of small applications using office tools and report generators.

Requirements

- You must have a B.Sc. Degree or equivalent.
- You must have a Certification in Microsoft/Oracle desirable.
- You must have 3-5 years experience
- You must have good communication skills, customer focused attitude
- You must have practical knowledge of Database designing
- You must know the Application Implementation Strategy
- You must have Project Management, Business Process knowledge,
- You must have Development skills using .Net, C## etc. useful.
- You must have Business Process knowledge and implementation experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- You must be fluent in spoken and written English. Arabic fluency useful.
