IT Manager

Job description / Role

We urgently looking for an IT Manager with extensive IT planning skills for major client in Riyadh.

Responsibilities:
- The IT Planning Manager is responsible to financially plan, track and report on all Group IT activities and projects.
- The IT Planning Manager is also responsible for all value delivery activities in relation to the business, such as, but not limited to, industry benchmarking, organization change management, value realization through IT investments, best practice assessments, IT performance management.
- Understands the role of risk and cost drivers, cash flow and strategic cost analysis in value based management systems.
- Undertakes industry benchmarking and best practice assessments
- IT Strategy and roadmap development
- RFI and RFP development
- IT financial plan preparation, tracking and reporting
- IT budget and revised forecast preparation
- Organisation change management activities and recommendations to the business
- Leads continuous improvement programs from IT
- Develop quantitative and qualitative business cases for IT investments with the business
- Supports the development of Business Transformation case studies

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or equivalent degree preferred
- 10+ years of professional experience related to IT budgeting,financial program management, systems and process experience
- Degree in information systems or related qualification
- Desired experience in manufacturing and/or construction industries
- Fluent in English. Arabic language advantageous.
- ITIL certification advantageous
- Project management experience
- SAP experience as a business user
- Interaction at various organizational levels (from line employees up to Board level as well as with Internal and External Auditors)
- Experience in performing assigned tasks of moderate to high complexity using established procedures, standards, and guidelines and working independently on multiple projects as a project team member, sometimes as a project leader
