As the IT Operations Manager you will undertake a team leadership responsibility ensuring 24/7 operational delivery and efficiency for all IT Services. You will report into Senior IT Operations Manager, with a dotted line to the Head of Infrastructure & Support Services. Here you will be responsible for ensuring the full-time operation of IT systems and consistent uptime for all application services. Key Job Responsibilities: - Ensure 24/7 availability technology and IT systems - Monitor & maintain all Live Systems & Applications in the data centre - Manage all hardware / software updates with minimum downtime - Oversee shift scheduling and project plans - Management responsibility for operations team |
RequirementsRequirementsEssential Skill Requirements: - Bachelors of Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or similar - Minimum 10 years in IT support, administration and operations - Experience in Banking sector beneficial - Qualified MSCE / MCP - UNIX experience essential Please note: All candidates must be Arabic speaking.
