IT PMO Quality Assurance Analyst

Job description / Role

1. Perform thorough quality check of various project documents including but not limited to Kick Off Memo, Project Agreement, Solution Design, Production Deployment & Roll-out Plan, Status Report etc.
2. Prepare periodical QA status reports

Requirements

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 2-3+ years experience in IT area with exposure to PMO Quality Assurance and documentation.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies processes and tools.
- Thorough knowledge of project milestone monitoring, documentation and processes.
- Professionally certified in Project Management related certification is desirable.- MS-Office expertise
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Well developed ability to prioritise activities and resources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills written and verbal.
- Well developed interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact effectively at different levels within the business.
- Ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and operate effectively under pressure.

- Strong English language skills.
