Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Represents the IT organization for all purposes of IT strategy, planning, architecture, PMO, quality and change management.
- Responsible for the development of the overall ICT strategy, strategic planning, objectives, principles, and tactics relating to the information systems and technologies that the Corporation uses.
- Ensures the ICT Strategy and architecture are effectively supporting the overall business strategy
- Directs and Oversees the Development of the target state and ensures the organization delivers the subsequent planning and enterprise architectures frameworks needed to achieve the target state.
- Directs and oversees the definition and management of ICT initiatives in support of the strategic plans and target architecture
- Directs and oversee the development and use of a strategy management framework to build and implement and review the ICT strategy plans
- Directs and oversees the portfolio, program and project management office to support the organization in translating initiatives into successful projects.
- Directs and oversees the development of a performance management function to monitor the performance of the organization against achieving goals and objectives
- Ensures the performance general department is staffed and skilled sufficiently to support the security management needs
- Directs and oversees the development and implementation of change and quality management process with correct tools and resources to assist the organization in controlling change and outcomes of change.

Requirements

- Bachelor degree in an IT related field
- Other certifications obtained: TOGAF
- 5 years experience in an IT architecture or Strategy Planning role
- 2 years leading or managing an architecture or strategy planning team
- Excellent proven record in establishing strategies, strategic plans and architecture frameworks
- Excellent experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and establishment of related processes, policies and procedures

Specialist knowledge:
- Demonstrates a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
- Operates independently using mature judgment in planning and performing assignments and achieving defined objectives.
- Excellent people management, problem solving, persuasion, negotiation, and decision making skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate concepts as appropriate to customers, contractors.

- Good Command of office applications
- English Language is essential
