Job description / Role
We at Al Tayer Group are looking for a IT Portfolio Analyst for a temporary role within our IT organisations Planning & Projects team.
The IT Portfolio Analyst would be responsible for supporting the VP of IT Planning & Projects and the IT Portfolio Management Lead in reviewing and assuring programmes and projects so that they are in line with time, cost and quality standards. The IT Portfolio Analyst will also be responsible for managing the portfolio reporting tools and consolidating individual project performance reporting into executive level performance dashboards. They will also be required to support business and technology opportunity analysis and to prepare and maintain presentations and departmental documentation to support the IT Leadership Team e.g. evolving organizational charts.
Requirements
As an IT Portfolio Analyst Temporary, you would have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in IT with at least 2 3 years experience in Project Management in an IT organization/environment. You would have excellent knowledge in Sharepoint and MS Office particulary in MS PowerPoint and MS Visio. You would be an assertive, dynamic and confident personality and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
