Job description / Role
Large group of companies based in Dubai are looking to partner with a IT Programme Delivery Manager to drive the implementation of the Digital space within the group.
The IT PDM will lead and manage the overall Project Delivery Office (PDO) with a team of Project Managers and where tasked, to take on Programme leadership role on high profile initiatives.
Lead responsibility for effective end-to-end delivery of projects assigned to the PDO team and to ensure that appropriate project and stakeholder communication is maintained, internal/external suppliers pro-actively managed, change management deployed, risk, issue, budget and benefits per delivery and programme are controlled.
The IT Programme Manager will engage with all IT governance functions (Enterprise Architecture, Portfolio Management, Quality Assurance, Information Security etc.) and stakeholders to ensure alignment and application of industry leading practice / company standards in the conduct, structure, resourcing, delivery, control and reporting of technology projects.
Requirements
- Key performance areas are completion of projects within budget and defined timelines and risk management.
- Minimum of 10 years experience and completed Degree is a non-negotiable.
- Certified PMP, Prince2 and PMBok
- Currently based in UAE is a added advantage
Required experience:
IT Delivery, System Integrator, Consulting Delivery role: 5 years
