This person would directly report to Manager, system and application.

Position Purpose:
The incumbent will provide technology solutions for the University as well as assist in automated and manual systems analysis and design. This position requires preparation of test plans and will participate in the quality assurance function & provide consulting services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed specifications from which routine programs will be written.
Delegate work among members of the project team to enhance throughput and performance of client software.
Ensure consistency with system requirements and adherence to development standards.
Analyze and/or design new systems, enhancements to existing systems.
Design procedures for testing of applications.
Provide input to department supervisor on tuning, performance and system development.
Determine source data (input), processing requirements (output), output formats, timing and cost estimates.
Provide ongoing consulting and troubleshooting support on all new and existing standard Enterprise systems.
Participate in necessary hardware, system software, application software, and other training necessary to support Enterprise systems.
Perform other duties as assigned by Manager ERP.
Requirements
Position Requirements:
Minimum Bachelors degree from accredited university or college in Computer Sciences, Data Processing, or Management Information Systems. Specific professional technical training a plus.
At least 4+ years experience as Programmer with Java or ASP .NET and C#.
Experience writing ORACLE queries, procedures, triggers, pl/sql etc.
Experience with web authoring tools like Dreamweaver or Visual Studio.
Experience writing web services preferred.
Experience with Mobile apps development Apple or Android based devices is a plus
Knowledge of applications servers preferred.
Familiarity with SP2010 object model preferred.
Experience in SP2010 out of box features preferred.
Ability to design and write custom modules on top of SP2010 using ASP .NET is preferred.
Ability to plan for performance, capacity and security for enterprise portal solutions is preferred.
Familiarity with IBM Filenet ECM products a plus
Familiarity with IBM Cognos a plus
