We are currently seeking to hire an IT Project Manager for IKEA - Cairo Festival City. As an IT Project Manager you will be responsible for effectively managing and controlling the IT Projects, with particular emphasis on supporting the NAVISION master system for the IKEA stores in Egypt, support the IKEA business strategy, in addition to supporting the overall strategy for the Information Technology needs and complementing this with the goal of cost efficiency, maximising sales and optimising long term profitability within the framework of the IKEA concept and productivity.

Your key accountabilities will include, but not limited to:

* Support the implementation of the short and long term strategy and individual strategies for Egypt market that strongly supports the Inter-IKEA and brand long term strategy and business plan.
* Implement, update and review current IT systems and make recommendations for the future
* Manage day to day, all current systems and infrastructure including servers, services and networks
* Work within the annual IT budget for IKEA Cairo and all other territories as they come on board
* Work to ensure to the enhancement and sustainability of the IT architecture for a multi store & multi border environment in line with future expansion as well as existing store operations
* Utilise our external service providers to meet the business needs by forecasting of all IT related requirements ensuring cost effectiveness and productivity.
* Support the project team on the implementation a new retail warehousing project to satisfy Principle requirements of store ordering and product availability - whilst maintaining customer service levels
* Ensure that the IKEA Regional Office has the support and infrastructure to support the expansion plans including the tools to the job at the correct time

To be able to win this role, you should be able to demonstrate the following:

* IT and/or Business Management Degree
* At least 5-7 years IT project management experience, retail preferred
* strategic, analytical and tactical abilities
* Must have deep knowledge of Navision system and Microsoft DBMS.
