IT Project Manager - BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM) / WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT SOLUTION (WMS)

• Responsible for the delivery of technology enabling change initiative projects and IT deliverable in high priority, medium or strategic level for respective IT functional area
• Manage the implementation of a technology project(s) lifecycle ensuring IT deliverable meet expectation of time, cost and quality
• Develop functional specifications, project approvals, RFPs, TOR and other project related documentation within scope of the subject matter of the project
• Develop project schedule and define project milestones. Provide quality assurance to project deliverables and responsible for project risk management.
• Responsible for overall project administration – management of project plan and project reporting
• Manage project resources - assemble project team, assign individual responsibilities and coordinate project activities, including vendor resources as required
• Ensure documentation is in place: transition documents, Technical document procedures etc
• Review and/or select vendors and monitor contract compliance and project deployment as required
• Manage and ensure transition to from project to production and successful handover to production support team.
• Provide support to the SIT process and ensure UAT assistance is provided to the business

Requirements

• Total experience is in the range of 8-10 years out of which 4-5 years in BPM/BAM.•
• Managed minimum one full BPM and BAM implementation in a Financial Service Industry. Preferably Newgen OmniDocs and OmniFlow product expertise
• At least 4-5 years BPM, BAM & EDMS hands on and Implementation Experience. Preferably Newgen OmniDocs and OmniFlow product expertise.
• Previous experience with one or more BPM tools like OmniFlow, OpenText, Skelta ...etc.
• In-depth knowledge of Central Operations, Branch environments and sales functions in a Financial Service Industry
• Working knowledge and experience of using XML, Java, JavaScript, HTML, SQL Oracle, BPMN would be a definite plus.
• Ability to draw complex process flows and document technical/Functional specifications using VISIO.
• Understanding of Customer segments, profit centres, various pricing models, compliance regulations, stp and non-stp processes
• Understand business requirement and build BPM processes which are highly modular and have very efficient inter process operability
• Knowledge and expertise in the areas related to Origination/Workflow: Customer on-boarding, application processing, Service requests and other banking related workflows.
• Guide the implementation team in building KPI dashboards and building efficient TAT monitoring reports
• Should act as subject matter expert and provide consultancy to build state of art BPM and BAM infrastructure with-in ADCB
• Manage multiple system interfaces with middleware and other back-office applications
• knowledge and expertise in providing dashboards and reports to Business for monitoring operation activities
• In depth knowledge on the Change Management processes
• Understanding on basic programming languages, databases, & servers
