Job description / Role
- Will be looking after 3 projects in the department:
- Service Desk : unique tool to gather all incidents, problems, requests of the company IT and application related, in all countries)
- Project Management Tool : implement a tool to help project managers to follow up their project, as efficient and light as possible
- Project management portfolio : implement the tool to consolidate and centralize the global KPIs and reportings as per senior management requests
- To accomplish these responsibilities, the Project manager will have to:
• Analyze and map all processes relative to applications and requests for IT
• Improve and maintain the processes to be the most effective
• Communicate and enhance knowledge across the company
• Ensure application of the project methodology of the IT
• Organize and facilitate project meetings with all team members and senior management involved
• Follow up the project with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
• Slight knowledge of IT
• Experience of Project Management
• Business process analysis and optimization
• Strong Analytical skills
• Very good communication skills and well organize
• Global approach and overview skills
• Fluent English and Arabic speaker
• Able to compromise and build partnership with its customers
